Event Description
This program is designed to provide basic information about the Food Safety Modernization Act requirements and the latest on produce safety. This programs meets the basic training requirements for receiving a All Samples certificate from the Kentucky Department of Agriculture. All participants who complete this program will receive their certificate in the mail. For more information on food sampling guidelines and procedures see Kentucky Farmers’ Market Manual. Copies of this guide will be available at the meeting as well as other information related to Farmers Markets and produce safety and sampling.
